TERMS OF SERVICE
All artwork displayed on this site and all artwork produced under the name Lupinera is protected under international copyright law and remains the intellectual property of the artist. Clients may publicly share commissioned artwork for personal/non-commercial use only, provided proper credit is given to Lupinera where possible. Lupinera reserves the right to publicly display commissioned artwork in portfolios, galleries, and social media unless the client requests privacy in advance. Private commissions may incur an additional fee. Commercial use is prohibited unless explicit commercial rights are purchased and agreed upon in writing. Substantial revisions to works post sketch stage may incur a fee. Lupinera reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Refunds may be issued only if the commission is cancelled by the artist before the sketch stage is completed or cannot be completed due to the artist’s fault. A partial Refund may be offered if the client cancels after the sketch stage but before completion. No refunds will be provided for completed works. Payment is to be made via PayPal or agreed art trade. Payment options are either full upfront payments or split half payments. All works under Lupinera are in no way permitted to be used in conjunction with or to train Artificial Intelligence in any form.
